Verifies if individual has any recorded offense in Malaysian Official Gazette, Malaysian Media records and Privately Held Information that can be obtained legally and publicly
Civil Litigation Check
Verifies if individual has any civil or litigation suit or court order listed under Malaysian High Court, Federal Court and Court of Appeals
Credit Check
Checks for any adverse reporting against publicly available sources such as CTOS and RAMCI
Bankruptcy Check
Verifies if individual against records in Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia
Business Interest Check
Checks if individual has business interest that might be of conflict with Companies Commission of Malaysia or SSM
Highest Educational Check
Verifies individual’s information provided with Educational Institution search; including if said institution is accredited
Professional Qualification Check
Verifies if individual possesses valid membership with said body; and is licensed to perform in their role
Previous Employment Check
Verifies with specified company on position held, dates of employment, last drawn salary, reporting supervisor and any disciplinary records
Professional Reference Check
Conduct interviews with individual’s PREVIOUS direct reporting supervisor on performance. The report covers scoring based assessment for objectivity and open ended questions for explanation
Industrial Court Check
Verifies if individual has any records in Malaysian Labour Court database
PTPTN Loan Default Check
Verifies if individual has any default payment record in PTPTN database
Anti-Corruption Check
Verifies if individual has been blacklisted under Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission record
